Did a heavy amount of the KCC Rib Rub on 16lbs of pork butt, and 3 St Louis trim pork rib racks and was not disappointed. On both cuts the bark was great, and after a little resting I can confirm the spice blend provided an exceptional taste. As usual I added more seasoning to my BBQ sauce when I thinned it out with the pork drippings. SUPER GOOD addition. Love this stuff and will reorder!
We have the kids over regularly on the weekend for a cookout, and this past Sunday we made burgers. Same 80/20 beef we always use, but this time we tried the KCC BBQ Burger Blend. Man was it a hit! I didnt tell the family I changed from the normal rub, but they sure did notice. Have to say - I didnt think it would be so noticeable, so I was surprised myself. GREAT STUFF!

This is a perfect blend for those low and slow brisket smokes. Has a nice flavor that really lets the flavor of the beef shine through. Makes for a really nice bark with that perfect crunch!
I used the rub in pork ribs. I applied to both sides. I was able to get a nice thick coat on the meaty side of the rib. It went in evenly. I wrapped the ribs in foil, then I cooked the ribs for 5 h at 225F then finished in the grill. They were fantastic. Salty with tasty spices and a little bit of sweet.
I bought this seasoning for brisket but decided to try it on chicken, and wow—it was incredible! The blend added a rich, smoky flavor with just the right amount of spice. It created a beautiful crust and kept the meat juicy and flavorful. Definitely not just for brisket—this stuff is a new go-to for all my grilling!
