About Kunert Cattle Company

I grew up in southeastern Nebraska, where wide-open fields, respect for the land, and a hard day’s work shape life’s rhythm. After college, I wandered off to explore new opportunities, but home kept calling me back. By my mid-thirties, I realized how much I missed those rolling fields, so in 2016, I purchased a ranch near my hometown, bought my first load of registered seedstock cattle, and set out on a regenerative ranching journey. Almost a decade later, I still wake up thankful for that decision.

From Ranch to Recipe

But ranching isn’t where my story ends—it’s where a new chapter began. Strolling grocery aisles, I grew frustrated by “bold flavor” labels masking fillers and artificial ingredients I couldn’t pronounce. My philosophy became simple: If I can’t say it, I shouldn’t eat it. So I started experimenting with small-batch spice blends—free of anything artificial—to match the quality of the beef I raised. Those early trials turned family barbecues into memorable events folks talked about for weeks.

Flavor Worth Sharing

Today, I’m proud to share these all-natural, small-batch blends that celebrate my Nebraska roots. From harvest to table, every step focuses on clean ingredients, sustainability, and bringing people together for moments worth savoring. The cattle and ranch remain at the heart of it all, but these blends have opened a new path one that invites everyone to taste the difference real flavor can make, one meal at a time

Not the goal but the game:

In the deed the glory’
